DeCode Crypto is committed to delivering high-quality marketing and PR services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

2. Service-Based Refunds

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once work has commenced on a campaign or service, refunds may be partial based on the amount of work completed.

3. Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Services were not delivered as described in the service agreement
• Request is made within 48 hours of purchase and before work has begun
• Technical issues prevented service delivery on our end

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Completed PR placements and published articles
• Exchange listing fees paid to third parties
• Smart contract development and deployment services once delivered

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via Telegram with your project details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request within 3-5 business days.

6. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds will be processed at the current market rate at the time of the refund.
